The Vision Board Masterclass is a four-part virtual experience that brings together and empowers women and young girls from around the globe who are focused on growth and development and supporting one another to bring dreams to life.
Grounded in science-based principles, The Masterclass provides a step-by-step process to create a high impact vision board, paper-based or digital, that will serve as a powerful roadmap with the necessary accountability to thrive personally & professionally.

Meet Your Facilitators
The Vision Board Masterclass is facilitated by four close friends, all senior leaders from varying industries with deep expertise in growing individuals, teams, and businesses. To help you get to know the four of us and provide a behind-the-scenes look into how The RYP Experience came together, we’ve created this short video introduction. - Be provided a suggested supply list for easy preparation to create a beautiful vision board that you’re proud to prominently display.
- Through a 2-hour live, guided virtual session by personal development coaches, learn a step-by-step process to create a high impact vision board, paper-based or digital, that will serve as a roadmap to achieve your goals.
- Through 1-hour quarterly check-ins (April, July, October) with your personal development coaches and ‘tribe,’ establish the necessary accountability to stay on track with your goals, increasing your odds to join the ‘8% club’ who succeed in reaching their resolutions
- Expand your network and gain access to a diverse community of like-minded, no limit women to inspire and support your life-long growth journey.
